2. 2000 - (2nd) Millennium
3. 2008 - two thousand (and) eight / two oh oh eight
(Why don't we say 2008 as "twenty eight"? I believe you are a smart person! :D)
4. 2015 - two thousand (and) fifteen / twenty fifteen

有好几种读法的
一，2015 one thousand and fifteen year
2008 one thousand and eight
二, 2015 two o fifteen
2008 two o o eight
